Types of Road Haulage

How We Arrange Your Shipment

  1. 1
    Request and rate calculation
You send us the cargo parameters: origin, destination, weight, volume, cargo type. We calculate the rate and transit time within 2–4 hours.
  2. 2
    Confirmation and documents
Once terms are agreed we prepare the CMR waybill, TIR carnet (if required) and packing list. We verify ADR compliance where applicable.
  3. 3
    Carrier assignment
We select the best carrier from our network. For FTL — a specific vehicle and driver are assigned. For LTL — your shipment joins the next groupage run.
  4. 4
    Loading and dispatch
We coordinate loading at the shipper's premises or at Muuga. The driver receives the full document set. Cargo is sealed and ready to go.
  5. 5
    In-transit monitoring
GPS tracking of the vehicle. We notify you of key route milestones — customs, border control, intermediate depots.
  6. 6
    Delivery and POD
The driver delivers to the consignee. A scan of the signed CMR waybill (POD) is sent to you within 24 hours of delivery.

Road Haulage FAQ

How is the LTL rate calculated?
LTL cost depends on the actual cargo weight, volumetric weight (length × width × height / 3000) and destination. The higher of the two is used. Request a quote via the form — we respond within 2–4 hours.
What documents are required for international road haulage?
CMR waybill, commercial invoice, packing list. For ADR cargo — dangerous goods declaration. For reefer cargo — temperature certificate. For CIS destinations — customs declaration T1 or TIR carnet.
Is oversized cargo transport available?
Yes. We arrange transport of oversized loads (length over 13.6 m, height over 4 m, weight over 24 t) with special permits and escort vehicles where required. Provide details in your enquiry.
Is GPS tracking available for my cargo?
Yes. All our vehicles are fitted with GPS trackers. You receive notifications at key route milestones. A self-tracking link can be provided on request.
How do I book ADR dangerous goods transport?
For ADR cargo we need: hazard class, UN number, substance description, weight and packaging type. We then select certified equipment and prepare the dangerous goods declaration.
