Frequently asked questions about air freight from China

What is the minimum weight for air freight?
We accept shipments from 10 kg. For cargo under 100 kg we often use express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — specify at the time of request.
How is volumetric weight calculated?
Formula: (length × width × height in cm) ÷ 6,000 = volumetric weight in kg. The higher of the two values is charged.
Can I ship dangerous goods by air?
Yes, with IATA restrictions. We accept classes 3 (flammable liquids), 4, 5, 8, 9 with documentation. Classes 1 and 6 by separate agreement.
Do I need to handle customs myself?
NTN handles all customs formalities. You need to provide: invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (if required).
