What is the minimum order volume for procurement through NTN EST?
We work with shipments from $5,000. For smaller volumes, consolidation of your order with other clients into a shared container is possible.
How do you ensure quality control at the factory?
We conduct a mid-production inspection at 50% completion and a final pre-shipment inspection. If required, we engage an accredited independent laboratory (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.).
Who holds title to the goods during transport?
Goods are purchased in your company's name. NTN EST OÜ acts as agent and does not take title, which simplifies your accounting.
How do you handle advance payments to the supplier?
We use letters of credit (LC) or staged payment terms (30% advance, 70% after inspection). We help you choose the safest payment structure for your type of transaction.
Do you assist with CE certification for goods from China?
Yes. We assist with CE Declaration of Conformity, technical file preparation, and where required, testing at a Notified Body to place products on the EU market.
